A spirit guide, in Spiritualism, is an entity that remains as a discarnate spirit to act as a guide or protector to a living incarnated individual. The way to do this is by meditating. When you meditate, you quiet your mind so that you can hear the wisdom of the guidance that's within you and around you. We have to slow down our vibration to become aligned with the presence of these guides. Spirit guides are benevolent beings that exist in the spiritual realm and offer guidance and support to individuals on their life path. They can take on many forms and have various roles in our lives, but their primary purpose is to help us to navigate challenges and opportunities that arise as we journey through life.
