Sit back as we discussed about Krampus the history the legends and what Krampus is well known for, Krampus is known for being the devil of Christmas or some people say Krampus is known to be Santa's evil brother.

Krampus is a terrifying creature often described as half-goat and half-demon with cloven hooves, razor-sharp fangs, large horns protruding from his head, an abnormally long tongue, and dark fur all over his body.

“When life breaks you, it is because you are ready to be put back together differently. Every piece of you that feels shattered is a piece that will find a new place, a new purpose, a new meaning.

We can get so overwhelmed by things in our lives that we end up feeling stressed, drained, and exhausted mentally and physically. When we feel this way, it can indicate that we need to check out and take a break from everyday life.

 

Fear of the unknown refers to anxiety around unpredictable situations or events. It can also link to things that people find unfamiliar or strange. Individuals are likely to experience fear of the unknown when there is a lack of information. Another name for the condition is intolerance of uncertainty.

What is an Indigo Child?

Also referred to as a crystal or star child, an indigo child is a person who has come into this world destined to create change and spiritually awaken humanity. Indigo children are considered to be freethinkers with profound insight into the human condition and an ability to see the truth clearly. As spiritually gifted old souls, indigo children find it hard to fit into mainstream society and often become misunderstood, rejected, or misdiagnosed and medicated. The indigo child is also thought to possess strong intuition and varying spiritual gifts such as the ability to communicate with spirit guides or see visions.

While spiritual health relates to our connection to something greater than ourselves and our sense of meaning and purpose in life, mental health refers to our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. For clearest focus of energy (mental), it means bringing the appropriate focus and a realistic optimism to the work at hand. For maximum force of energy (spiritual), it means connection to deeply held values and purpose beyond our self interest.
